Azaleas in Grandma's Garden

At Grandma's she has a "Mary's Garden"  with Azaleas around Mary.  I only snapped 4 or 5 photos because Blake wasn't cooperating.  But a couple of them turned out good.  Would have been better if Blake would turn his face to the camera.  But oh well!

Patiently Waiting

I snapped a quick but cute photo of Blake waiting patiently his turn to swim!  My cutie!

Boo Boo

Blake got a pretty serious cut on Saturday....all Mommy's fault!  He bleed a lot! So much I decided I had to bandage it to get it to stop bleeding.  Blake does not like bandaids so I had to come up with a different solution.  First I had to warm him up to the first aid kit....."Play Doctor" I asked him, he said yes.  Then I pulled out the ace bandage to wrap it around my head and make funny faces.  He seemed interested so I bandaged his head up.  The camera was acting poorly..but he was awfully cute.  Does it remind you of Baby Jessica?   Maybe a little?

I finally got the finger wrapped and the tape on there but it wouldn't stick.  It started peeling up.  So....we used a bandaid to finish it up.  For a while he would cry and shake his hand to get it off.  I felt so bad.  But eventually he got "used" to it!  And his finger is all better now!

A Visit with Marcie & Rob

 A couple of weeks ago while driving through Little Rock our friends from Hawaii (by way of El Paso, TX) stopped by for a visit.  It was their first time meeting Blake and he put on a show for them.  At first he was shy Blake and then he warmed up.  He's such a character

On A Leash

My dog Oliver.....as crazy as he is he's terrified of strangers.  At almost 3 years old he just recently sits in the same room as Grandma and Aunt Dee Dee(who visits often)....Other people who come and visit, he's mortified.
We have a fenced in backyard, so Oliver has not been walked on a lease much, so recently I've been trying to change that.   Blake insists on being the one to walk Oliver, well  it's working!!!!!

After a few nice days, it was kind of chilly..but we didn't want Ollie to forget
